By accessing or using Ambre (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Ambre is a personal productivity and task management application that helps users organize tasks, manage projects, and improve their daily productivity. The Service includes an AI-powered assistant (“Ambre”) that provides personalized productivity guidance.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Use the AI assistant to generate harmful, illegal, or misleading content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service (tasks, projects, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide the Service
• Share your content with AI providers (Anthropic) to power the assistant features
• Create backups and redundant copies for service reliability

You are solely responsible for your content and ensuring it does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

The AI assistant feature is provided for productivity assistance only. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are generated automatically and may contain errors
• The AI is not a substitute for professional advice (legal, medical, financial, etc.)
• You should verify any important information provided by the AI
• AI capabilities may change or be limited without notice
• Your interactions with the AI may be processed by third-party providers (Anthropic)

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Ambre and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property
• Use our trademarks without permission
• Create derivative works based on the Service

Some features of the Service may require payment. If you purchase a subscription:

• You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with notice to you
• Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable app store policies

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service interruptions.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Non-infringement of third-party rights
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security of data transmission

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambre, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• You may request deletion of your data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved as follows:

• Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any issues
• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of France and the European Union
• Venue: Any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the competent courts of France

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent
